Free ourselves from this prison

“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”

The controls you have

You only have control over three things in your life — the thoughts you think, the images you visualize, and the actions you take (your behavior). How you use these three things determines everything you experience. If you don’t like what you are producing and experiencing, you have to change your responses. – Jack Canfield

I created a fill in the blank wall

Hi guys, I usually use this blog to share inspirational thing I found on the Internet but today I’m actually writing here. Recently I created a fill in the blank wall on topics that matter to people. I create this website simply because I needed this tool for myself. Since April 2011 I have started to write my gratitude journal using WordPress and later switched to Evernote.
Until one day I watched the video on TED.COM about a story behind “Before I die …” by Candy Chang, I really like the wall design so I decided to create this Wall on different topics for people to practice gratitude and share their aspiration to others. Please to free to browse around and leave me a message.
